headhunter is a job search platform that:
- Aggregates job postings from company career pages
- Provides AI-powered job matching based on your profile
- Connects job seekers directly with hiring companies
- Offers career resources and salary insights

When you create an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account

You understand that:
- headhunter aggregates jobs but does not employ candidates or make hiring decisions
- Applications are submitted directly to hiring companies
- We are not responsible for employer hiring practices or decisions
- Job postings may be removed or filled at any time
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by headhunter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your resume), but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

- You will receive job offers or interviews
- Employers will respond to applications
9. Limitation of Liability
headhunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
